Last night my best friend’s pregnant wife went to the hospital (she passed a gall stone, and is OK now). My brother in law’s dad is getting a stint put in as I write this. Now my mother in law, who has been in ill health for years (largely her own doing) just got rushed to the hospital shouting incoherently.
Thankfully my wife and children are fine. Make sure those you love know it, and have a happy holiday whatever you celebrate.

I don’t get it either. My friend’s dad was hospitalized (his mom is dying of cancer), and I found out today that my sister-in-law has cancer as well.
